Common questions

Questions about pricing.

What is an Active Licensed User?

One verified email account that successfully requests or renews a production licence in the previous 30 days. The same email counts once per vendor, across products, devices and named, floating or organisation-wide licences. Different emails count separately. Assigning a licence alone does not count. Sandbox, trial and developer licences are excluded.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

Drawspan shows a warning and asks you to choose a larger plan. Crossing your active-user allowance does not block customer access or renewals, change your plan automatically, or add an automatic overage charge.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Choose Launch for up to 200 active users, or select a larger allowance in Scale. Contact us for more than 5,000 active users or a custom agreement.

Does Drawspan take a percentage of my sales?

No. Stripe, Lemon Squeezy or your existing billing system processes the payment. Drawspan charges only for your Drawspan plan.

Can I license individuals and organisations?

Yes. An individual can hold their own license. An organisation can manage members, named seats and floating-seat use in its portal.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Cached licences work until their signed expiry. We cannot observe offline use. An account stops counting after 30 days without a successful licence contact and counts again when it reconnects. This does not shorten its licence.
