SDK integration

First run, offline use, and resolution

A member activates online once, then the SDK can make later licensing decisions from a signed cached lease.

First run needs a connection

The first run needs a network connection so the member can sign in through the browser and receive a signed lease.

Later starts use the cached lease

Later starts read and verify the cached lease locally. Reading Status never uses the network.

A temporary outage does not interrupt a usable cached lease. The server controls the lease and grace durations captured by the customer term.

Renewal runs in the background

The SDK renews in the background while the host remains open. State may change after startup, so continue to read the current status at protected actions.

Open resolution UI only when asked

A button the person chose
// Never call this automatically during startup.
_license.ShowResolutionUi();

Call ShowResolutionUi() from a button the person chose. It opens the right Drawspan page or starts a fresh sign-in when that is the recommended action.
